At today's design visit we've had the pleasure of meeting Franko and Florence in Great Sankey - their family are looking to convert their conservatory into a more comfortable living space. Conservatories are renowned for being too hot in the summer and too chilly winter and so the family are looking to create the ever popular open plan living by opening up the space to the existing kitchen.
We'll be providing several design options incorporating a downstairs WC, utility and layouts for a modern kitchen with central island.
Solid cavity walls with a well insulated roof will provide better temperature regulation with the addition of Velux roof lights, bifolding doors opening out onto the garden and kitchen windows which will provide plenty of natural light.

Moving forward we spoke about phasing their building work to help the family remain in their home during construction with as little disruption as possible.
We're looking forward to seeing Franko, Florence and the rest of their family in the next few weeks to present them with their design proposals.
